What you need
- n8n (Cloud or self-hosted)
- Google Sheets with a date column
- Gmail or any SMTP email
- Any OpenAI-compatible AI key
Set up in about 10 min
- Get the fileDownload the .json workflow and setup guide.
- ImportIn n8n, open a new workflow and choose Import from File.
- ConnectAdd your own accounts where the sticky notes point.
- ActivateRun once to test, then publish. It keeps running on its own.
Questions
Does the AI do the maths?
No. Numbers are calculated in code; the AI only writes the summary, so figures are exact.
Can it read Stripe or Shopify?
Yes, add their nodes in place of or next to Google Sheets.
